Where to Find Arbiter’s Ring in Dawnwalker

Loot Arbiter’s Ring from the Kobold nest on the southern edge of Tantari Woods in Xanthe’s Fiefdom. This Unique ring adds maximum stamina, lowers vampiric ability Health costs and provides two vampiric recovery bonuses.

Find the southern Tantari Woods Kobold nest

There are several Kobold nests in Vale Sangora. For this ring, use the southern Tantari Woods site east of the river and west of the looping road on the forest’s eastern side.

The map landmark identifies the activity entrance area. Once you arrive, search the nest itself to collect the ring.

Stamina and lower ability Health costs support sustained nighttime combat.

Does the Arbiter armour quest give you the ring?

Get the ring by looting the nest. A Bulwark Against Darkness involves gathering components and forging the Arbiter armour pieces; that crafting route is separate from this pickup.

Arbiter’s Ring stats and what they affect

Maximum stamina gives you a larger stamina pool. The ability-cost modifier reduces the Health spent on vampiric abilities; it does not reduce their cooldown. The two recovery lines affect restoration and regeneration separately.

These are the listed base modifiers for game build 25129649. Compare the values on your actual equipment before swapping rings.

When to equip Arbiter’s Ring

The stamina bonus works during the day as well as at night. The other three modifiers support vampiric abilities and recovery, so nighttime combat makes fuller use of the ring. For a daytime loadout, weigh the extra stamina against a ring that strengthens the attacks you use.

Collector’s Pendant offers another ability Health-cost modifier in the amulet slot, alongside claw damage and a magic-defence penalty. Check that trade-off separately when choosing the rest of your equipment.

Arbiter’s Ring or Ring of the Night?

Both rings provide +15% vampiric health restoration and +1% per second vampiric health regeneration. Choose Arbiter’s Ring for more stamina and lower vampiric ability Health costs, or Ring of the Night for shorter cooldowns and stronger feeding.
